<p>Air-conditioning in North Campus Residence halls</p>
<p>The construction of Oakland Hall will bring to North Campus the necessary infrastructure to provide air-conditioning to six North Campus residence halls. This will be a multi-year project scheduled to take place over nearly a decade. For a short period of this fall near Easton Hall, you will see crews installing underground piping that will carry chilled water from mechanical equipment in Oakland Hall to Denton Community buildings. The remainder of this piping work is scheduled for next summer. Denton Hall will be the first of the current North Campus residence halls to receive air conditioning by the Fall of 2011.</p>
