Albany or Buffalo? Please Help!!!!

Assuming you mean UB, not Buff State, they have a good social scene, decent amount of on campus activities, good academics (especially if you take time to plan your courses/profs) and it’s easy to get to many off campus things to do either near South campus or public transport. Of course, there is great diversity there and that always makes for a more interesting atmosphere! There are a lot of very serious students who still seem to have a good time. They have good pre-professional advising and tons of extra workshops/speakers/volunteer ops for interested students. I’m sure Albany is also a good school, and there are plenty of colleges there, but Buffalo just seems to have more to offer in general (YMMV). I will say that UB has some of the happiest/most satisfied students and alums that I’ve met from any one school!
