Police arrest man in student killing
<p>The suspect, a Los Angeles resident, does not live in the North University Park area, DPS officials said. He was arrested and is being held at the LAPD administrative headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles.</p>
<p>Police are also questioning a woman who was at the scene of the crime in connection with the homicide, but would not say if there is any relationship between the man and woman, according to DPS officials.</p>
<p>The name of the suspect is expected to be released tomorrow, DPS Capt. David Carlisle said. LAPD is expected to issue a press release tonight with more information.</p>
<p>Frost was stabbed Thursday morning during an altercation with a man outside an apartment complex near 28th Street and Orchard Avenue. Police obtained a search warrant for an apartment in the complex, but DPS officials said neither the man they arrested nor the woman in questioning lives there. </p>
