<p>If the victims left the fraternity houses drunk (I don’t know if they came from frat parties or elsewhere), then maybe USC could hire kids to watch the doors of the frat parties to make sure no one leaves drunk (I also don’t know if this is being done now anyways). I am just concerned about students walking under the influence of alcohol. Not a good situation.</p>
