http://www.usc.edu/admission/graduate/international/financialsupport.html</a>
Here, under Instructions for USC Scholarship Recipients - It is not necessary to submit a financial support statement in order to be considered for admission at USC. However, if admitted, it is in the student’s best interest to have the financial statement already on file so as to expedite the issuance of the I-20/DS-2019 during the peak application season.

I cant help but think WTH?! Gotta make some international calls asap.
