@tdy123 No, I understood that as well. I was being cynical. As also quoted in the article:

"It’s frustrating because you think you’re done with the semester and then you’re not,” the student added. “They don’t let you know that you’re doing anything wrong until it’s far too late.”

To which a comment in the Crimson said, to which I agree, that what the student really meant is that they don’t let you know that you’ve been caught until it’s far too late.
