since this is an advice forum, here is advice. As @Ohm888 says, it doesn’t matter whether your decision to try for a UC was a great or terrible decision. It can’t be changed. What you need to be doing is focus on the future. I am concerned that you are dwelling on the past to avoid thinking about the future.
In one thread you wrote you wanted to be a Bio major to go to med school. Yet you got 2 C’s in bio and in another post wrote about failing a math class. I’m not saying it is impossible for you to go to med school, but med schools select acadamically strong students. If your academic history reflects fixable problems such as getting enough time to study, effective study habits, etc. then it is important that you identify the problems and fix them. Hopefully you have already done that.
You should also be coming up with alternative plans in case you aren’t accepted to med school (if that is still your goal). A BS in Chem or Bio does not lead to a good job for most students since there is a glut of science Phd’s they are competing against.
Focusing forward, you have many more options now with what you study in college and do outside of class to prepare for your future than you will 2 years from now if you graduate and don’t get into med school. It’s time for an honest assessment of where you stand and the chances your plans succeed if you keep on your current track.
