<p>I think the shuttles that Elon runs to RDU for xmass/thanksgiving breaks cost $45 (Greensboro = $35) roundtrip- no discount if you only need a ride in 1 direction. </p>
<p>The shuttle times could be more frequent; i.e; 4 or 5 appt times vs. 3 (I think the last run was 4 PM but flight reservations 8PM…) and they do book up. It doesn’t seem to be the best consumer friendly system but it is very reasonable if you use it r/trip. I think if they offered more frequent shuttle times more kids would use them. The demand is there. </p>
<p>Many kids share a cab so it comes to abt $30 a head, 1 way, if you get a total of 4 people- not easy to do. However the airport is 1 hr away so anything under $50 I consider fair. </p>
<p>Also enterprising kids, with cars, will do the drive for $$. It’s a very easy ride from RDU to campus.</p>
