Am I good enough for Cornell?

I’d be applying for Russian and East European studies.
I have an American citizenship but a British schooling and a Ukrainian family. My GCSEs are 9 A* and 1A, and for my A levels I’m predicted pretty much all A* and A. We don’t have AP classes but that’s essentially the highest you can get in grades - Oxford level grades.
Act: 31 (can’t repeat)
EC:
Internship with PWC/naftogaz/investohills crossover
Yale summer programme
GYLC

I know my ACT isn’t at the top. But I’ve worked nonstop to make everything else be there. And for gods sakes, I’m applying for Russian (WHICH I SPEAK FLUENTLY). I have perfect maths grades. i need constructive criticism and honest opinions - not “U should RLLY increase your act score” for the hundredth time.

I’m not qualified to assess “chances”- though, one way to find out is to apply and see what happens.
I do however want to offer the following with respect to your academic interests.

Thank you! It is indeed offered as a bachelors under linguistics
