Am I really a competitive applicant to highly selective colleges?

Yeah I know my freshman grades ruined myy gpa. Sometimes looking at colleges can become so stressful and confusing.

My PSAT scores aren’t the best because I didn’t study for it but I got 1090 overall

I haven’t taken the SAT or Act yet but I plan on making a 1400 on the new SAT and a 31 on the ACT

Study or not, until you’ve ACTUALLY demonstrated a score in the 1400 range on a real sitting, you need to assume the base case is an SAT score in the 1100 range.
