We live in NYC. Son received acceptance in mail Wednesday afternoon. Gave the mail carrier a high five. Very excited! Was not able to see anything on portal prior to receipt.
Other acceptances: Boston U, Northeastern, Clark and several state schools. Rejected by U of MD.
Some NYC friends have received nothing as of yet. Seems somewhat random.
Good luck to all!! I know the wait feels impossible. You have worked so hard and you will do well and have terrific experiences wherever you wind up.
As an aside, I wouldn’t have my son had I gotten into my first choice graduate school. Met my husband at my second choice school and as a result, will forever be grateful for what seemed like an unfair rejection by school #1. Couldn’t see the bright side at the time - but in hindsight, I am thrilled.
Agreed. Wait for the letter! That being said, please put your state once you receive your letter!

I think for california we will get our letters on friday (24th)
According to recent tweet from Admissions, they are STILL mailing notifications.
well mailbox still empty. For D probably not looking good. Discovered last night that when sending out the Dec ACT scores, accidentally did not send to American, and they were her highest. Too late now :(.
anyone know what the reject letter looks like. I would assume a small envelop, versus the large one for the yes.
@sdl0625 we did worse. We forgot to change our school on the FAFSA and left AU off
So we missed the FA deadline.
All letters went out according to twitter. not looking good since S hasn’t received and looks like rejections are always last be sent at other colleges
@iammom5 around 4pm yesterday admissions posted they were almost done. I imagine the last batch is going out today. They must be sorted in AU id or ssn order.

I just received my acceptance letter here in VA a few hours ago. My major is International Studies! So so sooo happy!

What are your daughter’s stats? My son hasn’t heard anything but is looking at others stats, I thought my son would get in. Since he hasn’t heard anything, I’m thinking he didn’t get in

CT, I spoke to someone in admissions yesterday who said that my son’s letter was going out today. I asked if acceptances went out first, then rejections and he said no. He had they sent out in batches because there are so mail to mail. Hope he was telling me the truth.
