I can make an account in MA but how do you see financial aid stuff in the portal?
In NY, no letter but I was just able to create an account!! Is this a known “backdoor”???
I was able to log in and I found my financial aid under the finances tab and then the finance award letter tab and it loaded.
I’m from Pennsylvania and was able to create the account starting about an hour ago, but I didn’t try earlier on in the day.

If you are able to make an account and want to know for sure you got in go to life@AU tab, go to new students and on the right hand side there is enrollment agreement. It says congratulations on your admission to American.
Anyone from FL able to get in? I wasn’t able to log in at around 4. I just read the last 20ish pages of the 2016 thread and many people who were able to log in were wait-listed and others who were unable to log in were accepted, so don’t loose hope!

I was accepted with an $8,000 dean’s award!
for those of you who were successful in making an account, did you put in your social security when making your account or DOB or phone number? do you think it matters which one you put in? i’m trying not to loose hope
