I live in NJ and canāt make an account.
idk tho. My stats are well in the 75th percentile (33 ACT, 3.95), I did a campus visit, I did an interview and the AO emailed me and said my interview was the most memorable out of all of them he did and I answered his questions so well, I have ECās and Leadership positions relevant to politics AND my major of Computer Science, which theoretically I feel like should be easier to get into since that program is growing at AU.
I know AU is competitive in Regular Decisionā¦ but I honestly thought I had a really good chance at being accepted, especially after the interview.
Is anyone in NJ able to make an account?

Everyone that made an account ā¦.did you go to enrollment contract and clickā¦that is where it says congrats you have been accepted.
So r we assuming now if you canāt make an accountā¦you were rejected???
im so sad. i keep trying over and over to make an account and i canāt.

Because, no offense, but AU was my safety, and a safety I would be really happy to attend so none of this currently is making any sense oof.
@CaptainBeckett same my counselor said i should get in. iām choosing to ignore this whole account thing until i see my letter or packet
People who were able to make accounts, you used https://my.american.edu/apps/tech/accountCreation/createAccount1-lookup.cfm right? and you just used the AUID you get in all your emails?

and then underneath did create account, needed aUID birthdate and last 3 of ss#ā¦after verified it asked you to create a 16 digit password starting with capital letter

Im in southern california and I was able to make an account
it comes pretty fastā¦I have to believe my daughter got in if she has an enrollment and housing contract showingā¦but IDK maybe this means nothing but why would I have accessā¦?
I didnāt see the āCongratulationsā part but I found the Financial Aid award and he was awarded the Frederick Douglass scholarship for $17k a year. I guess he is in!!!
Still canāt make one literally praying to God this means absolutely nothing.
