I like the Costco olive oils for everyday. We have 100% organic EVOO which is very mild and the 100% Italian EVOO which is more robust. It is fun to do taste tests!
We also pour a quantity into a dark wine bottle and have a stopper with a little flange on top. Easier to use than the bottle, a thinner pouring stream, and less opening and closing that way.
