<p>Don’t worry I didn’t word it like that. I was just trying to add some perspective that in the theater community the Fringe Festival is a pretty big thing.</p>
<p>“Boys State” is a mock government thing that every state has. It’s indirectly tied to the Armed Forces and the colleges know what it is. For chancing purposes just consider it like a leadership conferences thing.</p>
