<p>The first one has more of the nuts and bolts about the 2 plans you have to choose from (either 14 or 20) - the second one has some more opinions about the quality of the food.</p>
<p>My D initially signed up for the 20 meals, but switched to 14 for the Spring semester - unless you are really into eating, you won’t use the 20 meals. There was a fee to do the swap (I think it was $60 or something close to that). I have heard that the 14 meal plan is by FAR the most popular with incoming freshman.</p>
