MIT’s 2015-2016 common data set says 25th percentile has a 2120 SAT. A 1490 is about 2120-2150. So you’re in the bottom 25th percentile, hence most posters here saying you have a low chance.
Math SAT and chemistry also very low for MIT. There’s really no way to tell you you have even the national average 7.9% chance if you don’t tell us what ECs you have.
