<p>wow, I am so not a commuter (3 miles to work each day). Can’t imagine 120 roundtrip.
Recently, I was temporarily reassigned for a 2 month period that involved a daily 75 mile commute and thought I was going to lose my mind. Of course, here in NJ, the one way leg took 2 hours some nights with traffic and weather. Yuck.
Happy to be back ‘home’.</p>
<p>We drove our little 1990 Hyundai Excel all over Europe (we brought it with us from Oregon) and it was a little tank! We sold it with 120,000 miles on it to a friend and I’m sure it has passed down through many other families as a Naples road warrior. Man, I loved that car! I could zip through Naples traffic and had the time of my life. We would have one now but we live on the edge of civilization and frequently have to 4-wheel through drifts of snow. </p>
