<p>The Florida resident freshmen strictly merit scholarships you would probably be notified about with your acceptance. I never fully understood exactly how USF figures up the entrance GPAs, I think if you asked 3 different admission officers to figure your GPA out from your high school transcript, you’d probably get 3 different GPAs!</p>
<p>Most other scholarship decisions won’t be made until after FAFSAs are received by USF.</p>
