Another Chances Thread, with bonus question!

Cool! Thanks for all the replies!

So basically, though, even if I get a 32+, I still won’t be eligible unless I pull up my GPA a bit? I also don’t know how they calculate it, and what mine would be.

Also, how eligible do you think I’d be for scholarships like Kosove or Jenkins? I think I’d do well for the Kosove one because:

A. Harrison and Ruth Kosove Undergraduate Scholarship - Special Requirements: Demonstrated capacity for leadership. For incoming freshmen, cumulative SAT score of 1232 or higher or a composite ACT score of 26 or higher. In addition to the USF Foundation Scholarship application, applicants must submit a brief statement of long term goals; an essay (no longer than 3 typed pages double-spaced) discussing significant problem(s) confronting American society or the international community of particular concern to the applicant. The essay shall include one or more solutions to the problem. Two letters of recommendation, one of which cannot be from an applicant present or former professor or teacher, must also be submitted.

I was the drum major for two years (major leadership role), have good ACT scores, have excellent people to write recs for me, and write good essays. What do you think?
