<p>As long as this is a wine discussion, a friend owns a few vineyards and distillers (if that is what they are called). They now fill giant plastic bladders with the wine, that were originally designed to provide water for US troops in the desert, and ship them to China where the wine is bottled in variety of very attractive bottles. The bottles are then shipped back to the USA and sold as from the vineyard (which it is). Isn’t globalization a wonderful thing?</p>

<p>I don’t like Zins, Chardonnays, or pretty much anything white that isn’t bubbly, a dessert wine, or one Reisling that I particularly like. 
Yes, champagne girl in the house - I don’t want to die like John Maynard Keynes, who was lying on his deathbed, sipping the bubbles, and said, “My one regret in life is that I did not drink more Champagne.” Really, a problem so easily remedied - why have that regret when you go?</p>
<p>I’ll also confess to having newfound respect for Pam Anderson. When asked how she was surviving the planning of not one, but FIVE, weddings, she said, “I have two words for you: Cham - pagne!” TheDad will also appreciate this one: she’s serving Veuve at the nuptials.</p>
<p>Well, the answer was Bouzy, it’s a red wine made from the regional Pinot Noir grapes of Champagne. It seems to be perfect for Aries!</p>

<p>I ve tried both the chardonnay and merlot
quite good and suits my way of drinking wine much better than using one or two glasses from a bottle and having it go to waste .
