SCAD is focused on Creative Careers and does require some gen ed classes. They know many of their grads will go on to do freelance work, so there are courses in financial management as well. It is expensive and the college is spread out across the city of Savannah. They take transfers, but you would need to look at the course requirements.
RIT is investing a lot in this area and has a long history of arts which I did not know until we toured a few years ago. There was conceptual student art on campus on display that was impressive.
