If you really don’t want to travel for 4-6 hours one way…then many of the schools listed above won’t work…and will cost you more than Alabama (where you could fly home for about the same price…and time as it would to get to schools like University of Maine, Wyoming , …or even Michigan for that matter).
As mentioned by @twoinanddone you are very fortunate to have Bright Futures AND a lot of choices of public universities within Georgia.
