S is obtaining a BS and MS in EE as well as a secondary major in Economics at Case Western Reserve University.
Several of his EE professors have commented on how beneficial the Econ classes are for engineers. He has taken such courses as Technology/Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Finance. He does want to work as an engineer and eventually look at an MBA/MEM program later in his career.
At CWRU it is fairly easy to double major or minor. They are generous with AP credit so quite doable if you have the desire and work ethic to take classes in engineering and the Weatherhead School of Management.
