<p>very few like 7 or 8 per award year cycle. btw the winners tend to be kids from poor socio-economic backgrounds. they aren’t necessarily the brightest but they are talented, smart, and high achieving. i think the winning criteria for this scholarship was need, socioeconomic status, and overall academic-school performance and achievement.</p>
