Hi everyone! I was a little bit curious about how you guys think you will fit into a new bs community as an incoming junior?! I heard it was hard as a sophomore already… I’m a repeat junior at Emma Willard btw :)

If you’re social and outgoing, why would it be so hard?

Hi -

My d goes to Emma. She loves it there, and I bet that you will too. I don’t think that you will have any problem fitting in as a junior. Plenty of new students enroll every year, and the girls at Emma are SO welcoming and friendly. In fact, because the upper year dorms are mixed between ages, you will be on a hall with sophs, juniors and seniors. You’ll get to know them very well! Don’t worry about this at all!!

Congratulations to you. You have a lot of fun (and hard work!) to look forward to. Emma is a wonderful, exuberant, special place. Good luck!
