Thank you gwgrad:) I can subscribe to every word.
I rarely keep annoying people when I want something from them. More than anything, I wanted to establish email contact so that I could get important information without delay and be sure it wouldn’t land in a junk folder. I know it was (and possibly still is) a busy time, but please note I had waited nearly a month till I sent a second message. I do try to figure as many things myself as possible, but wanted to make sure my assumtions and conclusions were right. Sometimes it’s better to ask then to make something wrong (or miss a deadline) and cause more problems afterwards. Things get much more difficult when your task is to get info about admission process and related topics in a foreign country and your native language is not English.
My entry in this forum is a far cry from blaming someone from the GWU staff. I think they are doing their best, and I am very grateful I can sometimes take advantage of their advice and knowledge. I did hear from them in the end, I my questions were answered in detail. So yes, I regret my initial panic and am very grateful indeed.

From your response in this thread I felt (it was not expressed, but still) that I might have irritated you a bit:) That’s why I decided to explain my reasons once again.

I guess a lot of people make mistakes/get into panic etc. taking their first steps in a unfamiliar direction. I didn’t mean to cause real trouble to someone.
