While that might occur at smaller schools, remember that BC receives around 30,000 applications each year (over 6,600 just in the EA pool), and it would be nearly impossible with that kind of workload to take the time to single out just a few essays for special recognition. As scottj has pointed out, you’ll get your official answer – always better than a “little nod” – in about 3-4 more weeks, so just hang in there!</p>
