<p>^^^Reading that article really showed me how intense admissions were this year. They accepted more students, but the average SATs and GPAs were up from last year. This doesn’t mean anyone should give up hope yet! My scores and GPA were below this years average and I got admitted. There’s something to be said for having the type of character that the school is looking for. It can set you aside from students with higher statistics. If anyone asks me for a piece of advice, I’ll tell them to do interview. I think it gives you a chance to show the school what you’re like when you’re not broken down on a piece of paper.</p>
