I’m a normal applicant this November, too, and quite frankly I believe EC is nothing compared to GPA and pre-reqs, unless you find a cure for AIDS or play in the Superbowl or sth like that. If I can’t hold a leadership position in a club/ honor societies, I’d rather spend that $75 for AGS at Walmart or BestBuy and get myself a couple of Xbox 360 Games ;). Believe it or not, an alumni from UCLA told me that the school doesn’t give a damn about these clubs unless you do something important in them. Sorry if this offends anyone, just my opinion :)</p>
