Anybody know how many freshman are in the Honors College each year?

With the Florida State Honors-in-the major programs (requirements vary by department) the thesis approaches that completed under a Masters graduate degree.

The work may be published in a peer-reviewed journal and defended before other FSU faculty. With my D1, whose work was completed in biochemistry, she defended her thesis before faculty and one faculty member on the panel had to be reminded she was an undergraduate, not a graduate student.

She ultimately won a cash award for her work which paid for her expenses when she traveled to another national university to present her work before a national symposium. She was recruited to apply for graduate programs at other schools as a result of this presentation, but decided med school was for her.

This can be done again.
