<p>The first time a student is eligible to apply for internal transfer to or dual degrees with Wharton is at the end of FRESHMAN year (i.e., after two semesters), and then again in the middle of sophomore year (i.e., after three semesters), and then a third and final time at the end of sophomore year (i.e., after four semesters).</p>
