Anyone at Penn not get accepted into Wharton while pursing a dual degree (uncoordinated) with them?

^ Of course. It used to be easier to predict when internal acceptance to Wharton was based purely on a GPA cutoff given the number of slots available for a particular semester (it used to be in the neighborhood of a 3.8, give or take a bit for any given semester). But, as they explain on one of the pages to which I linked, it’s now a more holistic process.

You might try calling the Wharton Undergraduate office and asking to speak to someone there about it, so that they can provide you with the numbers (acceptances/applications) for the last few semesters. It’s not something they should want to hide, it seems to me. If you don’t have any luck with that, I’d recommend contacting the folks in the Penn Parents office to see if they can get you the data (they’re supposed to be the liasons between parents and Penn):
