When we were in Sevilla, no Uber. We downloaded the Mytaxi app and used that for everything. Taxi to and from airport was inexpensive at that time. I think we ended up using a taxi from Cordoba to the Cordoba train station to catch a train back to Sevilla.

Granada has a special place in my heart. I studied there for a semester during college. There are so many wonderful things about the city and the Sierra Nevada mountain range is beautiful. I remember visiting Seville too - from what I remember it was larger and also very nice.
I just booked tickets to Portugal and Spain in May. The focus of the trip is visiting friends in Portugal and exploring the northern coast of Spain. I think I’ve got 4 nights that I can go to this region. I’m thinking fly from Lisbon to Malaga and take a train to Cordoba. Stay 3 or 4 nights in Cordoba and take a day trip to Granada. Take the train back to Malaga or to Seville and fly to Asturias. It will depend on flights and timing.
Any hotel recommendations in Cordoba?
We stayed at Hotel Casas de la Juderia de Córdoba. I liked its location and accommodations. However since my DH plans our trips I have no idea if the pricing is good…and fyi we took a cab to get to and from the train station.

I haven’t been, but I am jealous of those who go. My niece has lived in Madrid for a number of years, and my brother visits her often. They have traveled all over the area, and the pictures they send me are amazing. Enjoy your trip!

Searching through old threads and it’s fun to see names from the past.
I think we will fly from Seville to Bilbao as the flight times are better. Might take the train from Cordoba to Seville and stay one night before our flight the next day.
