<p>@collegevetting Yes, his major is chemical engineering. He does have a passion for history and might change to political science and go to law school one day. Who really knows what they want at 18! </p>
<p>Being so close to Sacramento, I feel the chances are high that your son can get into an internship that will fit his schedule or for a quarter/summer, etc. It is a big benefit that UCD is so close to the capitol.</p>
<p>Hope to see you at one of the events soon. He just got the postcard in the mail about the Picnic on the 12th, but I don’t think we can do Davis two weeks in a row - but who knows. Maybe he will really like he campus and wants to go back!</p>
