<p>My husband and I love to tell people we meet from North Carolina how we almost ran out of gas on the Blue Ridge Parkway. (We are West Coasters.) Fill your tank to the brim! There are NO gas stations for miles. It was one of the more memorable stressful events to occur during our 23 years of marriage. Don’t let it happen to you. Now that many years have past… we laugh about it!</p>
