<p>My D just mailed in some stuff last week hoping to get someone’s attention re getting in off the waitlist. She loved Swat when we visited last year but wasn’t ready to commit to ED application. She just chose UWMadison over Middlebury and Carleton because Carleton just didn’t feel right (it’s important to her to really like her environment) and Middlebury’s art was weak, the school felt too preppy and it’s very difficult to fly here from there. Anything she can do to be noticed? Do you think there’s enouugh going on at Swat so that the small student body size wouldn’t feel too confining? (if she’s fortunate enough to get an offer?)</p>
