Anyone have experience with Celiac Disease

Go stand in the office of whomever runs the dining hall and plead your case. If thy don’t listen, go over their heads anmd continue doing so until you get to the top. I have heard of doctors writing letters to college admin people regarding medical issues. I think it is unreasonable not to cancel your meal plan if you have a kitchenette anyway. Makes no sense.

Search for posts by a poster named Glutenmom - she had a celiac daughter who went to a small school - she may be able to help.

You need to request a meeting with a dining hall dietician. Diagnosed Celiac would be covered by the ADA and they need to accommodate you. My daughter is a freshman at Rutgers and they can’t be more accommodating - she gets gluten-free bagels, pizza and pasta upon request.
