<p>Are any of you or anyone you know at NU in this program. It sounds pretty good on the website, especially for someone who wants to go to Wall Street. You have to apply seperatley for MMSS, so does that mean you can still be accepted to NU but not to MMSS?</p>

<p>How hard is it to get into MMSS as a sophomore? Should you take certain classes as a freshman so you aren’t behind if/when you start the program?</p>

<p>the website says that you take 2 classes a quarter that are only for mmss, and I guess they would be kind of small. but is this good or does it kind of alienate you from the rest of the school?</p>
<p>Not really. It’s no different from taking other core classes for your other majors. My best friends from my major didn’t become close until we took probably 3 or 4 classes together. Taking 6 quarters of classes with the same people provides great opportunity to develop close friendship with some of them.</p>
