I just sent Stanford an e-mail today…and here’s their auto-response:</p>

<p>NOTICE FOR REGULAR DECISION FRESHMAN APPLICANTS ABOUT CONFIRMING
RECEIPT OF APPLICATION MATERIALS:</p>

<p>Using the email address you provided in The Common Application, we
will notify you in mid-February with instructions on how you can check
the status of these materials online. If anything is missing at that
time, you will have an opportunity to provide it.</p>
