mailed (USPS 1st class): 2/17/09
Online IDOC status updated to “received” on the 24th (even though they’d had them a while - their status page show they were received by IDOC on 2/19/09)
The college board states that it will report the received by date to colleges - in our case 2/19, so you still have time to get them in.</p>
