Bad news (in my opinion). Libby is smart. It knows when you hit the library due date even if your tablet has had wi-fi turned off for several days. I kept one I’d finished to see. It was due today, and I tried to open it today. It said it was due and wouldn’t let me read it. So… pressure is on to finish by the due date. I still like it. But wish it were a bit dumber.
@intparent - just curious, was the book open when it expired? For my Kindle/Overdrive, I can’t close the book and re-open it, but if I never close it (and have airplane mode on) I can continue reading it past the due date.
Hmm. No, it wasn’t open. I will experiment with that, although I’ve returned all the ones I’ve read, and next one is not due for 16 days. But I will put a note on my calendar to try it!
