AP Bio or AP chem sophomore year [trying to take extra sciences in a 6-period high school]

It looks good except for IM3H-> BC, which would be very risky without AB. I would also not recommend Physics C after IM3H but if you want a challenge you can take AP Chem which is very difficult, especially with the heqvy schedule sr year (+ invisible extra class called college apps).

If both AB and BC calculus start from the beginning (i.e. the school has students choose one or the other, rather than making AB and BC at two year sequence), then the choice of AB or BC for calculus in 12th grade after IM3H in 11th grade can presumably be deferred until some times in 11th grade, when the OP will know how well they are doing in IM3H (and the math teachers can likely make a recommendation to the OP with respect to AB or BC).

I thought this student had already specified their school did IM3H->AB>BC . Sorry if this is another student with a similar question.

Our school does it exactly liked @ucbalumnus has said, IM3H-AB/BC. We have the choice to either take AB or BC depending on how well we did on IM3H. They say that if you got an A- or above they recommend BC while C- is AB. but if you got a B they
say it can go either way :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for the explanation. Sorry, I got your post confused with another CA student who had a post IM3H question. :flushed: and thus… all is well with your schedule
