<p>I’ve been told on numerous occasions that the best AP Calc review book is the Skylight book (Be Prepared for the AP Calculus Exam). It helped me a lot for AB last year, but I’m not sure how good it is for BC yet. It might be better as a review book than a companion book, but that’s probably true for any AP review book.</p>
