<p>I think you are reading that incorrectly- if you score a 4 or 5 it is possible to get Bio 120 and Chem 105a waived as a pre-req and move on. </p>

<p>Many choose not to go this route if they are pre-med because some med schools don’t accept AP credit for pre-reqs or require you to take a more advanced class instead if using AP credit for intro class. </p>
