I second Geezermom. Look into the requirements or call. I know that AP credits allowed my daughter to satisfy a lot of lower requirements and take more classes that interested her. It also allowed her to get into her sequence earlier and register earlier. She could have graduated early, but instead used those AP credits to spend a semester abroad. Also, she took only 12 credits when she had harder semesters, like the Missourian semester. She does have friends that graduated a year early due to AP credits and well-managed schedules. If you are out of state, it is nearly $600/credit. So any credits you can get through an AP exam is well worth it.
PS…we pay $82 per test. Well worth the $1800 tuition for a 3 credit class she can exempt.
