My kid’s school allows AP Physics C as the first physics course as long as they are taking calculus at the same time (which she did). She goes to a high performing magnet school where kids have to take a minimum of 8 AP classes. Her AP Physics C course was about half juniors and half seniors (had already taken AP Physics 1).
