<p>It seems unlikely that this one question would cause a rejection given that Elon’s app is so personalized but who knows…</p>
<p>I would like to believe that they just are taking note of their competition…</p>
<p>The question does not need to be answered if your son is uncomfortable…I had one student fill it out and another who chose not to (similar stats)…</p>
<p>You could have your son actually contact his admissions rep (who, btw is a doll!!) and ask her…she would have a better answer than we would here…</p>
