<p>This is exactly what loses points from me in an alumni interview. I’m telling you right now, if I interview you and I get the sense that you have not done your research about Duke, I will automatically downgrade you in my head. I couldn’t care less how many other colleges you’re applying to and had to research. </p>
<p>It’s not a question of empathy. Like TopTier said, others shouldn’t have to do your homework for you and some of you will quickly find this out once you get to which ever college you end up.</p>
