Apply as a transfer student to UCs - Directly out of HS

Just to clarify:

1. You are a HS Senior and have not graduated?
2. You have taken dual enrollment college courses that are UC transferable?

UC’s definition of a transfer applicant:

Who is a transfer applicant?

A transfer applicant is a student who has enrolled in a regular session at a college or university following high school. Students who meet this definition cannot disregard their college records and apply as freshmen. (A student who attends a college summer program immediately after graduating from high school or who has completed college work while in high school is still considered a freshman applicant.)

So if you answer yes to both questions, you would apply as a Freshman applicant and not as a Transfer applicant to the UC’s.
